Organizaciones Internacionales

What kind of job would you like to have, how do you imagine it?

Hello everyone, I hope you are doing very well. Today I'm going to talk about, What kind of job would you like to have, how do you imagine it? Since I was little, I have always wanted to work in an office, however, as I have gotten older, I have realized that working in an office was the worst idea.   Therefore, I would like to work as a teacher, either in college or high school. I like teaching. The good thing about being a teacher is the human relationships that are generated over time, in addition to transferring and sharing knowledge and experiences. I think there is nothing better than helping and supporting people. Being a teacher can also be carried out both abroad and inland, as there are field trips, however, most of them are inland. I would not like to travel a lot. Traveling for work is not the same as traveling for tourism and relaxation. As for the salary, if I can live moderately well, it is enough for me. I am currently studying Political Science and t...

The post graduate studies

Imagen
Hi everyone, I hope they are fine. Today I going to talk about the post graduate studies   I would like study.   I have two clear options, the first is a Master´s in Sociology or master’s in social communication. I would like to study these postgraduate courses because I know that my future benefits me by providing research tools, etc. The main reason to study a master's degree is because Political Science does not have a job market. A master´s degree opens doors for further studies, for example a PH. D in Political Science or Sociology. However, I am passionate about cultural and anthropological issues because I come from an Andean region, where music, dance and art are present in all areas of life. Perhaps studying a postgraduate degree in Latin American Studies or Anthropology is also an option.  Everything is uncertain. I have 3 years to decide which way to go. I just hope I can make the right decision.

The best vacation ever

Imagen
Hello everyone, today I am going to talk about my favorite vacation.  In 2020 I was traveling to Ecuador with the “Ballet Folclórico de la Universidad de Tarapacá” (BAFUT). I think that was the best trip I have ever had.  I had an opportunity to meet new people and culture.  We arrived at Cantón de Pastaza, in the amazon´s jungle. This was a good location because it was full of trees, animals and  insects. Also the Ecuadorian people are nice. We were invited to have a show in Tarqui, Fatima, Rio Tigre and Pomona.   The Show was about the latinamerican music and culture. There were groups from Uruguay, Colombia, Perú, Bolivia, Brazil and Paraguay. Thanks to that, we were able to share our experiences about dance and music.  Musicians from other countries taught me to play the tambora, a Colombian instrument; Cajon, Peruvian instrument and Colombian Gaita.   Last night  a party was held with all groups. We danced and sang.  the...

BLOG 1: A COUNTRY I WOULD LIKE TO VISIT

Imagen
Hi! have you ever wanted to visit a new continent? Probably yes, I want to visit Japan and I would like to talk to you about it. In my opinion, Japan is not only the country where unforgettable cartoon character, or sushi have emerged, is the nation of the legendaries samurai. It's also a place with culture, tradition, gastronomy and natural landscapes that I would like to know and I think all the people have the opportunity to know. For many years, I’ve been interested in Japanese culture and for that reason I want to go to Japan, and go to all the places I dreamed of for all these years. On the other hand, neighboring cities such as Korea are famous for their music today, I would tour all of Asia in general and meet my favorite artists like "Twice”. I don't know if i want to live there, like, all my life, but live there a couple of years could be great for my experience in life and for my curriculum. I mean, I want to visit more countries in a future.

Political Parties and Party System

Imagen
Hi everyone!!!! Today I going to talk about political parties and party system. Frist one, political parties are those associations of public interest that lead according to certain principles and ideas with two fundamental objectives: 1) to channel and transmit the interests and demands of the population so that they are considered in government decision-making; and 2) enable the participation of the population in the political process through the election of popular representatives who exercise political power. A party system is a concept in political science concerning the system of government by political parties in a democratic country. The idea is that political parties have basic similarities: they control the government, have a stable base of mass popular support, and create internal mechanisms for controlling funding, information, and nominations. I enjoy the topic of political science because I believe that political parties are very important for democracy and fo...

Chantal Mouffe:

Imagen
Hi everyone! Today I am going to talk about an expert in Political Science that I admire. She is Chantal Mouffe I admire Mouffe for his great contributions to political science, as well as for his philosophical contributions to left-wing thought and she speaks three languages perfectly: French , English, Spanish <3. Mouffe is a Belgian political scientist and philosopher. She was born on June 17, 1943, in Charleroi and is a professor in the Department of Political Science and International Relations at the University of Westminster in London. Her political philosophy is part of the post-Marxist current. Her reflection is based on the idea of Radical Democracy and the concepts of plural democracy and agnostic democracy. She believes that we must rethink the border between right and left. Therefore, the anti-capitalist approach of the extreme left and the social liberalism of the center  left lost their way. His best-known writings of her are "Hegemony and Socialist Strategy...
